1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CoinAssist ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoinAssist is an AI-powered platform that helps coin collectors and sellers identify, catalog, and list coins for sale on eBay and Shopify. Features include AI coin identification from photos, inventory management, price research, and automated listing creation.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use it to provide services to third parties without our written consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.
• A free 14-day trial is available with limited uploads. No credit card is required for the trial.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused uploads.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs.
• Use automated tools to exceed your plan's upload limits.
• Violate eBay's, Shopify's, or any third-party platform's terms of service through your use of CoinAssist.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect your eBay or Shopify account, you authorize CoinAssist to act on your behalf to create, manage, and end listings. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, compliance with platform policies, and any transactions that result. CoinAssist is not a party to any sale between you and a buyer.

7. AI-Generated Content

Coin identifications, grades, and descriptions generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all listings before publishing. CoinAssist is not liable for losses arising from incorrect AI-generated data.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your coin photos and inventory data. By uploading content, you grant CoinAssist a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or successful eBay/Shopify listing creation. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost sales, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
